About Follow The Wind and The Great Me

Hi there, I’m Stony – a name my friends use because I’m usually pretty chill. Though I might sometimes look like I’m lost in thought, I’m not a smoker. I was born in July 2000 and am now steadily working my way toward turning 25 and lastly, I’m from the beautiful Sultanate of Oman. I keep my life simple – I eat just enough to stay healthy, and I always try to remain open-minded.

On “Follow The Wind,” I share:

  • Book Reviews & Summaries: Insights from the books I’ve read.
  • Travel & Adventure: Pictures and diary entries from my trips.
  • Random Musings: Ideas and thoughts as they come, unfiltered and genuine.

This space is as much a personal journal as it is a supportive community for anyone feeling a bit adrift.

Quite simply, boredom sparked the idea. I began jotting down my thoughts on my laptop and realized that sharing them might help me—and others—make sense of life’s twists and turns. “Follow The Wind” is my archive of personal progress, a safe space to vent, and a place where I hope we can find comfort in knowing that not having everything mapped out is perfectly okay.

Since my school days, I’ve refused to let conventional expectations define me. I believe that success isn’t about rigid plans or perfect grades; it’s about living true to yourself, exploring what interests you, and embracing life’s unpredictability. I may not have all the answers, but I’m on a journey to learn and grow—and I’d love for you to join me.

This blog isn’t just about my story; it’s a space for anyone who’s ever felt a bit lost or uncertain. I invite you to share your thoughts, your stories, or even just a word of encouragement. Whether you drop a comment, send an email, or connect with me on Instagram, I’m here to listen and share this journey together.

Thanks for stopping by. Remember, it’s perfectly fine not to have everything figured out—sometimes, the beauty lies in simply following the wind.

Take care,
Stony
